Our inaugural brother of the month is Brother Kyle Cronk ’21. Anyone who’s ever had the good fortune of meeting Cronk, as most call him, knows that he’s about as nice as it gets. Within seconds of meeting him, it feels as if you’ve known him for years. His Southern charm coupled with an ever-present smile make him a mainstay of the Phi Phi Chapter.

At Penn, Cronk is a man of many talents. For one, Cronk plays outfield for Penn’s varsity baseball team. He has also played summer baseball for the Pittsfield Suns and is playing in Texas this summer. Another talent of Cronk’s, however, doesn’t come with a stat sheet attached: Cronk’s penchant for brotherhood. He was the president of his Fall 2018 pledge class and continues to serve as a Social Chairman, organizing some of the best events Phi Phi has seen in a while.

Back at home, Cronk loves the outdoors. When in Texas, he can often be found either fishing or hunting.

As any of his friends could tell you, Cronk has been putting a lot of work recently into his family’s new outdoor apparel company, Cronk’s Outdoors. Cronk’s Outdoors designs apparel that combines the experiences and fashion styles presented in Texas and Philadelphia.
